Basingstoke & Alton Cardiac Rehabilitation Charity (“Cardiac Rehab”) helps residents of east Hampshire (and the surrounding areas) to recover and then maintain their health and fitness after heart attacks and heart operations.

Since January 2009 they have also offered the Staywell Scheme, under which GPs can refer to them people at risk of developing heart disease, for courses of exercise and health education.
